Rumors & leads

Counterfeit copies of Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex are cataloged in a hobby fake database
Ungraded’s Fake Card Database has an entry for 231/182 Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex (Destined Rivals), with genuine-versus-fake views and the usual fake-holo tells: a wrong holo pattern, flat shine across the whole card, or missing holo. That is a counterfeit watch on this chase card. It is not an authenticity bulletin from The Pokémon Company.
Why it’s still a lead · A third-party fake atlas is a counterfeit watch, not an authenticity bulletin, a graded population, or a sale.

Social posts claim Destined Rivals reprints are coming while Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex stays the chase
An Instagram reel frames Destined Rivals as due for more reprint waves, with Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex still cast as the set’s top chase. The reel does not cite an English reprint schedule from The Pokémon Company for this card or its sealed product.
Why it’s still a lead · Social reprint chatter only. It needs a publisher or trade-press report before the claim is firmer than a rumor.
