Thin-spike week — Prismatic SPC buyout concentration

The Pokémon Company International / Gamespress · Source

Textbook thin-spike week. Prismatic Evolutions SPC buyout concentration and 151 Booster Bundles printed loud. Chaos Rising shows on set GMV from presales only — street date still May 22. Any “30th anniversary” promo chatter is not the Celebration set.

How the market was

Event and restock weeks invent false depth. Prismatic SPC saw a May 7 buyout day — biggest sales day in that note, about ~23.3 boxes per buyer. That is concentration, not a quiet bid stack. Confidence high on the buyout print; the liquidity note stays on: thin spikes aren’t deep books.

151 Booster Bundles cleared above $200 post-rotation — loud enough to watch, not loud enough to ignore the same depth caveat. Underneath, Chaos Rising ranked about #8 on set GMV from presales only. That is not live English sealed yet. “30th anniversary” promo talk is not the Celebration set.

Week over week vs Issue 06, the lead flips from sealed-scarce / singles velocity to spike concentration (SPC + 151) with CR still in the presale footnote.
