Japan's resale sites crack down on swapped 30th Celebration Card Sets
SNKRDUNK stopped handling all nine starter-trio 30th Celebration Card Sets and the nine-set bundle on Oct 19, citing sets that had been opened and had their contents swapped (the sets have no shrink wrap). Yahoo Auctions Japan and Yahoo Flea Market said on Oct 21 that, starting today, sealed sets whose contents can't be checked are banned; sellers must open and photograph them or list the contents. The US counterpart is the $14.99 First Partner Illustration Collection.
