Official: Riftbound’s Radiance preview season kicks off today (Sep 25) at the Los Angeles regional. The Card Gallery updates daily at 5pm PT; follow #RBRadiance for reveals. Also this week: FOX 26 reports at least six Houston-area collectibles shops were burglarized over the past two weeks, with Pokémon product among the targets. On One Piece, the producer of the English and French versions told France’s L’Internaute that OP-18 will be printed in larger quantities than OP-17. He gave no numbers. The English release is Nov 20, 2026 per Bandai’s official English account. On price, it’s a quiet morning and we’re holding the bands: standard 30th Celebration ETBs stay at $150–170. One price-tracker print near ~$110 looks like an anomaly, not a new level.

How the market was
It’s a quiet morning on price. Hold $150–170; tracker’s ~$110 standard ETB print is an anomaly until completeds confirm; case pricing still mid-$160s per ETB. That compares with a $49.99 MSRP (ICv2, Sep 17). One price-tracker listing printed the standard 30th Celebration ETB near ~$110, down from ~$174 a day earlier. Case pricing from the same update doesn’t support that number, so we’re treating it as a data blip rather than a new level. Pokémon Center ETB ask tape is still firm at around ~$308. That’s a watch item only, with no band set.
RGB Mew stays on the ICv2 Sep 17 bands: Red $6–7k, Green ~$8k, Blue ~$5k, plus the thin pre-release ~$20k Blue outlier logged Sep 14. The latest tracker asks run soft on Green and Blue against those bands. Asks aren’t completed sales, so the bands hold.
The live hobby-market story is still singles, not sealed. Reported by ICv2 (Sep 23): Celebration special illustration cards have dropped somewhere between 40% and 50%, and some rare Pikachu illustration cards are down over 80%, amid heavy supply. That’s ICv2’s framing. It’s not our card-level pricing and it doesn’t change the sealed ETB bands.
We didn’t see verified fresh One Piece or Riftbound sealed moves overnight, so those rows are left out rather than padded.
Day movers
- Pokémon — 30th Celebration ETB (standard): Hold $150–170; tracker’s ~$110 standard ETB print is an anomaly until completeds confirm; case pricing still mid-$160s per ETB. MSRP is $49.99. High confidence on the premium vs MSRP; low confidence on ~$110 as a real level.
- Pokémon — Pokémon Center ETB: ask tape ~$308, still firm. Medium confidence (asks only). Watch only.
- Pokémon — RGB Mew: Red $6–7k / Green ~$8k / Blue ~$5k (ICv2 Sep 17), plus the ~$20k Blue outlier. Green and Blue asks are soft against the bands. Medium confidence, because asks aren’t completed sales.
- Pokémon — Celebration singles (Reported): per ICv2 (Sep 23), SI cards are down ~40–50% and some rare Pikachu illustration cards are down over 80%. Direction only, with no card-level dollar figures.
- Our read: hold the sealed bands. The ~$110 standard ETB print is a one-source anomaly. The singles cool-off is a separate Reported story.
Hobby pulse
A toy store in Noarlunga Centre, Adelaide, was hit in a hammer smash-and-grab Thursday night, and South Australia Police have since charged a 29-year-old man after Pokémon cards were taken from a glass cabinet. Separately, Queensland police have charged a man with 17 offences, including alleged trading-card thefts from stores in southeast Queensland. Back in the US, Target is restocking 30th Celebration product online today, IGN reported, ahead of Sunday’s official in-store Pokémon 30th anniversary celebration. This morning’s Riftbound, One Piece and market coverage stays as published.

Houston-area card shops hit by break-ins this week
Reported by FOX 26 Houston: at least six Houston-area collectibles shops were burglarized over the past two weeks, with Pokémon product among the targets. That includes two stores that opened within the past five months. Store owners believe the break-ins could be connected, FOX 26 reported. Police have not said so. After the MadRat Toys break-in, Houston police detained two people. ABC13 said Sep 18 that they had not been charged in the burglary. No update had been reported as of Thursday night. Knight Gaming’s owner told FOX 26 he believes demand for the 30th Celebration could be contributing. Houston police and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are investigating, and owners are adding cameras and safes.

Producer says OP-18 will be printed in larger quantities than OP-17
Reported by L’Internaute (interview published Sep 20). Shun Ogawa, producer of the English and French versions of One Piece Card Game, was asked whether OP-18’s print run would be larger than OP-17’s. His full answer: « Oui, cela a été prévu. OP-18 sera produit en plus grande quantité qu’OP-17. Pour des raisons évidentes je ne peux communiquer de chiffres, mais on essaye d’anticiper au mieux les attentes des joueuses et joueurs. » (“Yes, that has been planned. OP-18 will be produced in greater quantity than OP-17. For obvious reasons I can’t share figures, but we try to anticipate players’ expectations as best we can.”) He gave no numbers. Asked whether the team keeps an eye on the market, he said: « Bien sûr. C’est une question que nous suivons quotidiennement. » (“Of course. It’s something we follow daily.”) He said popularity rose very sharply around OP-13 and OP-14, and production volumes were raised to match. Official: OP-18 -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- releases in English on Nov 20, 2026, per Bandai’s official One Piece Card Game English account. Japan is Nov 21. There’s no official product page yet, so no pricing.

Man charged after Pokémon cards stolen in hammer smash-and-grab at Adelaide toy store
A man wearing a balaclava and armed with a hammer entered a toy store at a shopping centre in Noarlunga Centre, Adelaide, at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday local time (about 6 a.m. CT Thursday), smashed a glass cabinet and stole a quantity of Pokémon cards before running off through the northern car park, South Australia Police said. No one was injured. Police later arrested a 29-year-old man and charged him with breaching a bail agreement, carrying an offensive weapon, property damage, theft and carrying an article of disguise. Bail was refused, and he is due to appear in Christies Beach Magistrates Court, police said. No court date has been announced. Reported: ABC Radio Adelaide and News24 identified the store as Toymate, which was still trading at the time. No value for the stolen cards has been reported.

Target restocks 30th Celebration online today, IGN reports; Sunday in-store celebration is official
Reported: Target is restocking Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Boxes and other sets online today in waves, IGN reported, with stock expected to keep appearing through the day and possibly the weekend. Official: Target’s event page lists a Pokémon 30th anniversary celebration at most stores on Sunday, Sept. 27, from noon to 4 p.m., with a draw-your-own Pokémon TCG card activity, themed photo ops and giveaways while supplies last, and a Pokémon Pokopia Nintendo Switch 2 demo in select stores. Rumor unconfirmed: Reports of a goodie bag with a Mewtwo promo card for early arrivals come from leaked internal details. Target has not confirmed them, and its event page doesn’t mention them. For context, The Pokémon Company’s official Mewtwo promo gift-with-purchase starts Oct. 2 at participating retailers, and Target isn’t on its US retailer list.

Note
The sealed bands still come from completed sales reported by ICv2 on Sep 17. Price-tracker prints and asks are observational. A single ~$110 standard ETB print is an anomaly until completed sales say otherwise, and asks aren’t completed sales. ICv2’s Sep 23 singles percentages are Reported framing, not our card-level prices. In Houston, owners are the ones linking the burglaries; police have not. The OP-18 print-run remark comes from an interview, not a Bandai announcement. The Nov 20 English date is Official, and Japan is Nov 21. The Mihawk ban was announced Thursday, and today’s item is a follow-up. The JP binder item is hobby-press Reported, and Japanese and English products are listed separately. The Adelaide arrest, charges and bail decision come from South Australia Police; the Toymate store name comes from ABC Radio Adelaide and News24, and no value for the stolen cards has been reported. Queensland Police described the Logan case as trading-card thefts without naming a game, and not every one of the 17 offences is described as a card theft. The Stokesdale figure is the owner’s estimate. Target’s online restock is IGN’s report; the Sunday event details come from Target’s own page, and the goodie bag and Mewtwo card remain unconfirmed. We’re not printing a Target price because reported prices vary. NPR’s piece is analysis, not sales data, and our sealed bands hold as published this morning.
