Pokémon — 30th Celebration sealed is already a second market

Pokémon · Published in Issue 25 · · Updated in Issue 26 ·

Standard ETBs (MSRP $49.99) cleared roughly $150–$170 in completed sales after the Sep 16 launch. Thin outliers ran higher — don’t read the ceiling as the market. PC exclusive ETBs have tracked near ~$266. RGB Mew chase completeds roughly Red $6–7k / Green ~$8k / Blue ~$5k; a pre-release Blue near $20k is an outlier. Prices still settling as rip volume hits.

Standard ETBs (MSRP $49.99) cleared roughly $150–$170 in completed sales after the Sep 16 launch. Thin outliers ran higher — don’t read the ceiling as the market. Treat the band as an editorial comp from launch week, not a quote to trade against. Live Pokémon rows on the homepage come from Pokémon Price Tracker.

Issue 26

· Anniversary spikes

Celebration sealed is the story. The product frame is the standard Elite Trainer Box — not the Pokémon Center exclusive — and the chase art beside it is Mew ex #158, not an RGB secret Mew.

How the market was

Issue 25 (Sep 17) already printed the launch-week standard ETB band: roughly $150–$170 completed against $49.99 MSRP, thin outliers higher. This Monday does not replace that comp with a new sole print. The Official shot stays the standard box, labeled apart from any Pokémon Center exclusive.

Card art on this edition is Mew ex #158 from the Sep 16 Official card images. That file is the Celebration Mew ex, not an RGB secret Mew. No official Pokémon Center ETB photo is public, so the exclusive stays out of the gallery.

Our read: standard ETB cluster versus MSRP, with outliers kept off the market.

Week movers

  • Pokémon — 30th Celebration standard ETB — Issue 25 launch-week band ~$150–$170 completed vs $49.99 MSRP. Not a new Sep 21 sole print. PC exclusive stays separate.
  • Pokémon — Mew ex #158 — Official Celebration card art from Sep 16. Not RGB secret Mew.
  • Our read — Standard box versus MSRP. Outliers ≠ the market. No official Pokémon Center photo.

Week over week

vs Issue 25 (Sep 17): The launch-week standard ETB band stands. This Monday puts Official Mew ex #158 beside that box. The Pokémon Center exclusive is still not blended in.

Worth watching

  • 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box (standard)
  • Mew ex #158 — not RGB secret Mew
  • Pokémon Center exclusive ETB — separate ask, no official photo

Pokémon 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box (standard)

Launch-week editorial comp from Issue 25 (Sep 17): standard ETBs (MSRP $49.99) cleared roughly $150–$170. This Sep 21 edition does not replace that band with a new sole print. Pokémon Center exclusives stay a separate ask — no official Pokémon Center photo.

Note

PC exclusive ETB skipped: press Product Shots publish the standard Elite Trainer Box only. RGB secret Mew has no verified Official public file; the inline is Mew ex #158. The $150–$170 band is the Issue 25 launch-week comp, not a new Sep 21 sole print.
